Get Enlightened in 2012?

Remember to Breathe

What is so hard about living? We all breath all the time! We need it. But breathing also has it's quality. Good breathing is one that keeps you alive, concious and at the best state of well-being.

I have recently become interested in hypnosis. Yeah, well, who wouldn't? What all hypnotists mostly say, I beleive, is RELAX, RELAX and RELAX. Right? Yes. Why? because it is the magical thing to do.

There are a number of everyday tricks that really can make our day go faster and easier. One of them is to be concious of our breathing.

Now, if you read a book, walk, talk on the phone, write an e-mail, or do something that requires a certain amount of time, do not forget to incorporate breathing in it. I can go on and on about how important that is. The shortest way to say that is probably this: it helps us feel that there are plenty of axygen available in this planet, for your own use. How about that? Abundance, right?
